Protein day yesterday definitely yielded improvement. Felt full all day but actually had to eat more to get my calories up to around 1400 or so. Worked out back and bis last night before headin out with some buds for a few drinks... and still woke up lighter. hehe. I love it.

Finding the right combination for one's self can be a challenge. I think I've found that 150-200g protein and 60-90 carbs works quite well for me :)
