Being unbelievably sick with tonsillitis the past few days is probably most the weight loss this check in, supprized I'm not down 10 lbs from it alone lol
208.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
