Ok, so I am really craving sweets the last couple of days...partly to blame is PMS and stress, but what else could it be? I dont wanna be a fat bride!! I have gotten the trainers ok to increase my rep/sets on the weights and he added 2 ab exercises, but honestly Im not feeling anything...so Im not sure if maybe I am doing them wrong. With the increased sets on the other stuff I am finally feeling the workout and am not sore surprisingly. My feet have been cramping alot when I walk on the treadmill, but Im told its prob casue I have high arches and to get insoles...gonna keep at it
