Ok I feel stupid to have to restart this cause the trianer keeps telling me that its normal to gain weight, but 10 lbs doesnt seem normal to me and it has me pretty down. Im hoping that part of it is water weight as im pms-ing. Guess I will find out in bout a week on that. Then he changes my calories from 1800 to 1700 on days I dont lift weights and 2100 to 2000 on days I do lift weights. Hopefully I will start to see a change!
