Lil discouraged by not having lose as much weigh as I thought, but they say its cause I was gaining muscle. We shall see

I have read that it takes 1 month to gain 1 pound of muscle if you are a female.. However, you could be retaining fluid if you are working out hard. You should take measurments that way when the scale doesn't move or do what you want it to so you can see progress.

That muscle gain can trick you, but it is so good for you. That muscle is going to burn the fat off a lot quicker. Just hang in there a little bit. You might notice a huge loss real soon. :)
