I am happy about my calories yester 9/13. I stayed below 1400 and thats where I need to be since I cannot do any cardio. I go today for my MRI, not that I will find anything out today, but it shouldn't be too long before my next dr appt to get to the bottom of this knee pain. I am feeling more positive today anyway and as we all know it all starts emotionally.
