Well last night was a bust..I ate way to much dinner and then a piece of cake. Consolation....the cake is gone, my hubby at the last piece and I tried on some clothes I purposely bought a smaller size and I am not that far from getting in them BUT now that I can't walk I really must stay close to ideal calorie intake. I have already logged in all my calories for the day..maybe this will help.
