Well my weight hasn't changed but I took my measuments.... I re took them a few times just to make sure... pretty shocked!! lost a few inches :D .... I was in a bit of a funk for many reasons.. but things are looking up today.. I posted my measuments on my profile.. it's nice to see a difference. .. took some pictures too and it's starting to show....

Recomposition is interesting isn't it....your stop losing weight for a bit while your body shuffles its fat stores around, almost like it has reserve tank #1,2,3,4, etc.. and you've worked through some so fast it has to pause and take from others to fill them back up... nice work.

huh... so that's what it's doing... my sister explained it in a different way.. all technical, but this plays to my imagination so I understand better..............I finally broke down and told her what I was doing... surprisingly she only yelled about eating bacon lol, I'm sure she's right ha ha had to promise once I run out I won't buy anymore........... only problem is now I feel all squishy. blah. I guess it's time to actually start the exercise part.. and not just once in a blue moon ha. ... gotta fill that skin full of somethin, might as well fill it with muscle.

Yep, that's what I've selling if I was selling anything, use the tape! awesome, and yes, start working out, do HIIT do, OR,OR OR!!! let me "suggest" "researching it" "on your own" ;p

HA HA HA ! on my own?? but but but.... butt... why is it called a butt?? ... humm.... in anycase a muscular butt would be nice. don't wanna look like that kid on the oblongs. ... sooooo HIIT you sayyyyyyy.... ok I'll look it up.

In October of 2015, the World Health Organization (WHO) determined that processed meats such as Bacon are now classified as a Group 1 Carcinogen, the same as Tobacco....people were like "say wha?". What the WHO does not do is to determine how much of a risk it actually poses. For example...Cigarettes raise your risk of lung cancer by 2,500 %, significant. Whereas Bacon raises your risk of actually developing Colorectal Cancer by about 1%, from 5% - 6%....now where's my BLT I'm hungry.

oh!! ok I looked up for beginners and intermediate. .. sounds like all the stuff my grandpa used to have me do. these were his boxing exercises. (he won lightweight in Ireland) ... ya this kinda stuff was what I was planning on doing. I didn't know it had a name like that. cool :D

Lol my sister is mad about bacon cause it scares her.. when my mom was in her late 40s she had a heart attack and almost died... there are so many heart problems in my family she is just doesn't want me to have a heart attack .. since I'm so high risk and all.

She's concerned because bacon is mostly Fat and her information that Fat causes heart disease is based on Ego and Profit, essentially killing millions of people worldwide by telling them that Fat causes heart disease, when it's been known for decades that you need to eat more Fat and not less...and that when you eat High Fat your cholesterol numbers all improve and your risks of cardiovascular heart disease drop.

We often tend to cut calories too quickly and basically just run out of room (or at least I do). If your really to the point where your current calories won't lead to anymore weight loss it tends to happen more gradually (less and less weight each week). Good luck ! :)

she said more avacado, coconut oil, fish... she just wants me to go to a better fat than that found in bacon .. she is more concerned about the quality of the meat and additives to use in bacon and that if I need a high fat diet to succeed she is very likely to find all the best quality fats for me and find recipes ... all the stuff she did when I wanted to go Vegan... I'm not sure why I was afraid to tell her of this diet... I should have known she would be supportive. lol she's a little motherly though.. guess I wanted to show some real initiative and success first... not many pepole even know I'm trying to lose weight.

Avocado, Coconut Oil, Fish, Avocado Oil, Butter, Cheese, Chicken are all good sources. Meats are good sources also and yes...limit the processed meats such as Bacon, but in general, Meat fats are good.

All this talk about bacon lol wasn't hungry but now I could chomp a slab or 10 ...mmmm B.L.T.w/some C. I'm In! Off to the fresh meats market to get some real bacon! "pork belly" that'is low on the hog high in society ..today ;)

yea..... it's the limiting of bacon that has been an issue ha ha ha ... ya gotta eat a bit cleaner. might help. I miss the farmers market!!! the awesome stuff you could get.. oh the bacon...

I'm having the same issue with weight (been low carbing and going to gym). I havent got on the scale for a couple weeks (cause I know its not changing) but my pants are getting looser (not loser...haha) and my little handles are getting littler. I wish I had more time to chat but I do enjoy reading your posts. Keep up the good work. Dave (Thinking about bacon now!!!)

Lol I'm happy they are getting looser ! a tank top I like to wear used to be super tight... but now is all loose and flappy.... yup flappy. my handles are not so little... but a bit less rolly... thank you dave!! I wish you a very bacon day!! and thank you he appreciates the happy birthday wishes :D
