Yeah, I got my new winter clothes in. The sad thing is that I do not want to even tell what size they are. Currently, I am down about 2 lbs. after only one week on the Cooper Nutrition program. This is good news because that means I am losing weight at an average pace. I have also started to slowly add exercise in my routine. I am up to exer. about 2-3 times per week. This, of course, is nowhere near the daily 30 min. that I supposed to do, but it is a good start. I literally am "so excited" that I am starting to like my reflection again. For a long time, I did not and just felt fat. Of course, it does not help that my husband calls me "thunder booty" either, but that is his version of being funny. (Although, I do not find it amusing at all.) Right now, I am so bored with my job, I could just scream. I can think about 50 other things that I would rather be doing right now. However, that is neither here nor there, I am ready for a change.
