Well it's time for me to confess up...a new buddy Nervo of mine ask me if i have energy with this LCHF diet i am on. he likes to ride a bicycle also...I will tell him just got back from a hard 1 1/2 hour ride. my energy is as good or better than before i started this diet without the extra cargo. as of this day the 13th i have lost 14 lbs. couple weeks will be 72...feel great and no hunger...lost all my taste for sweets & carbo...I was a carbo junkie....never could kick that habit till lately. I only been on this FS site for about a month and little knowledge of LCHF...after reading many of all the post one guy kinda caught my eye (philmck). I studied his food log and start to work that into my diet...i never told him....i am a good spy...after a few days seems my weight loss took off....never in my life has that happened....hunger seem to disappear...taste of sweets and carb late nite snacks became less also. never told this to (Phlmck so hope he does not mind). he has probably inspired many others with his incredible weight loss. this diet LCHF is not for every one but i want to shout to the world how good it works for me and possibly others as well ....but there is so many sensitive people that are skeptical. i know.... different strokes for different folks...so i don't push this so much any more. but it dooos da job.

I love LCHF< too. Works for me over the long term.

Thanks Meli! Keep your eye on Fred, he "got it" quick, I attribute it to a hunger for knowledge. Mahjohn is another one to watch, he freely shares his vast knowledge, a great asset and resource to emulate. Jenny is another, there's a pretty big group of us that do keto LCHF the way it's supposed to be done, look for the group LCHF/Keto Evangelism, lots of great links and information to be found!
