Sweet Georgia Peaches's Journal, 12 February 2016

Finally, I just about to explode. Hope this keeps going till next tuesday which is my next weigh in. Last Tuesday my weigh in was not good was up 3 pounds. Well I change some things and today (3 days later) I am down 4 pounds. So something is working. Oh Happy Day. 4 pounds. Yay!!

Can you pin point what you changed Im looking for pointers. No movement in days not even an ounce. Im at the grrrr point

@Pattychaney I have nothing after 6pm till 10am. That is my 16hr intermit fasting. I go to bed late so I get up around 8:30 or 9am, so eating at 10am works for me except the days I work away from home. I cut out my bulletproof coffee, instead just having 1 tbsp. coconut oil in cooking etc. Just having 2 meals a day and no snacking. For right now it is working, may not work tomorrow but the last 4 days we doing good. My calories and carbs are very low and always have been. Carbs under 10 grams most days. This is the only change I have made and the past few days I started loosing again.

what do you eat to keep carbs so low? I can't get mine under 25 or so. I realy need to take off some pounds!!

meat cheese eggs. the allowed vegetables but only 1 at each meal. If I have a salad I don't have another vegetable. I love fried cabbage. broccoli cauliflower all greens squash okra tomatoes onions cucumbers. NO FRUIT at this time maybe later. you can look at my food journal.

SGP, our diets/carb choices are very similar...except when I make my low-carb cheesecakes, I try to keep my carbs around 10ish...net carbs...or I will not lose weight... especially since I don't do any exercising besides PT and OT. Brussels sprouts and cabbage of ANY KIND are my personal favs, but they are about the highest carb items I eat. Green beans and spinach are my staple veggies...and a couple of the lowest net carb veggies. On days that I have a salad, I also skip veggies for the other meal/s. I have also started doing IF a few days a week...I think it makes a huge difference, but have not been doing it long enough to have formed a PERMANENT opinion one way or the other as to whether the IF will be permanent or not.
