took 3 whole eggs and beat up. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast. put 1 cup grated parmesan cheese little salt and pepper and garlic in in a zip lock bag. dip the chicken in the eggs then drop in bag and shake. place in a pam sprayed casserole dish. I added a slice of real butter to each top of the chicken, poured the rest of the eggs on top and baked at 350 for 1 hr. check after 45 minutes to make sure. this is awesome. very tender
We had cabbage fried in bacon grease in black iron on the side.

I have put a couple of recipes in my cookbook a long time ago, but they are still waiting for approval. What ever that means. Anyway if I try a recipe or make something up that we enjoyed I will share as I would hope all my FS buddies will do the same.
