still haven't weighed myself this week. trying not to stress or obsess over the number.

I know my caloric intake was low but I have a cold. trying to eat as much as I can.

173.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
