up a pound but I'm pretty sure it's due to that time of the month cause I've not been overeating and I've been working out sooo

I'm not stressing too much about because I know I'm sticking to my guns.

173.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
