Oh dear lord, I feel so garbage today so I ate a little more but that didn't really help so I looked at my diet pie chart and saw I'm barely consuming any freaking protein so I'm gonna stop by the store on my way home and pick up some Greek yogurt and almonds and hopefully incorporate that into my diet.
I like that I'm not really eating meat but not having any real source of protein blows.
