Completed my first Sprint Triathlon on Saturday September 10th in North Myrtle Beach. EXCELLENT experience!

Now I am going to get ready for my second Sprint Tri that only has a 500 yard swim and is in a lake. Should be much easier since I am not dealing with waves.

My new goal is to get ripped for the wedding. Here is what I am thinking of doing.

- Swim & bike 2-3 times per week
- 2 week break from running to get rid of tendonitis
- run 2/week
- weights 2/week
- deadlifts
- squats
- biceps
- chest
- core work

Awesome! Congrats to you. Good luck on your goals! I was signed up for one on October 2, but I injured my knee and can't run at all. As a matter of fact, I have quadriceps tendonitis and patellafemoral syndrome (fancy way of saying runner's knee I guess). How did you get rid of your tendonitis and was it the same as mine?
