Having some digestive issues and eating so they don't get out of control...stayed on liquids yesterday and am doing just about the same today...Seems like things have quieted down and I may have dodged the bullet! Have a wonderful day everyone!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
