Ugh, I'm feeling bloated from yesterday. I enjoyed a nice lunch with my sister, I ordered a low calorie meal, but had 2 breadsticks. I had a beer with dinner and damn I'm feeling it. going to try to flush it out with lemon water after work. on a positive note I start my new training program today! have a good Monday everyone!
