Proud of myself today. Usually Friday-Sunday it's harder for me to be as strict as I am during the work week, cause the routine gets thrown off. Usually Fridays I stay up late, which means another coffee and usually another meal. Then I usually wind up going out to eat on the weekend, making most of my weekends higher carb than then should be. I still lose just not as fast this way. Also since I'm always going out and doing things, exercise gets low priority.

So far last night I did go out as usual, but ate my dinner much later than normal, and decided not to have coffee or alcohol. Today I had low carb meals at home and went to the gym. So this will be the first weekend in awhile when I will actually see a drop on the scale on Monday.

Monday weigh in for me too, so good luck to us both. Hoping my angelic week has paid off but you never know...I think my scales are sometimes in a different gravity feild than the rest of the planet...lol XX
