I can't believe I've gained 15 lb in a year and 8 since December. What's wrong with me? I haven't been eating that crazy. No wonder none of my clothes fit.

I've started then stopped losing weight so many times I wonder if it's even worth it to try, but I'll go to the grocery tomorrow and pick up what I should be eating and try again.

The weight issue is a lifelong journey and not something that gets fixed in a few months. I can easily gain weight if I'm not mindful of what I'm eating. Being active is also important as well as noticing how your body reacts to foods as you age. We don't burn it as fast in our 40's and 50's as we did in our 20's.
