I am recommitting to this diet today. I want to eat appropriate amounts for training, and that means balancing carbs with vegetables and lean protein and cutting out fats - and extra carbs. I don't want to hate my body my whole life. I need to lose this next 15-20 lbs. I've come so far, and even when I was down 5 lbs from where I am right now, I felt faster and lighter. Now is the time.
