Boy I'm loving this weather, now if we could just get some rain ! After Shotzie walk I did my walk, only got 1.75miles in 30 minutes, not a full 2 miles.
Busy day got DH a new easy flip phone that he can use. Realtor stopped by with market analysis for our house. Surprised what she quoted us for a possible selling price, if the market was decent. Hated to tell her that we've decided to just stay here & in time have a lawn maintenance service cut grass etc.
Then had a contractor come look at the cracks in our foundation & walls in the house to tell us what's needed. We're getting several estimates, then decide what to do. Surprisely(sp) we're only off about 3/4", and he said if it was him he'd wait until we have some rain & wetter weather and it will take care of itself. Told us since this year has been extremely dry, he's getting a lot of call in our area with same problem, only some setteling is much more than 3/4". So we wait until the other 2 estimates, and see if all three do the same measuring & checking.
Looking forward to the Chief's opening football game on Sunday. My DH and I are real football nuts :)
