I guess I had a good day yesterday. I had what you would call a modified fast. I had lunch at 2:00pm and didn't have any more to eat until this morning. We bowled on league last night and it went fast and furious. When you have 2 person teams, it seems like it is always your turn to bowl. We won 3 out of 4 games. This morning I was hungry and ate an Atkins friendly breakfast. Tonight I bowl on a women's league and that is a little slower pace. I weigh tomorrow so I probably wont eat anything that is going to spoil my success.
