I knew yesterdays big drop resulted from ridding myself of the weekends activities. I wasn't hungry yesterday and didn't eat until 1030 and then was stuck in a meeting all afternoon and didn't have a can of soup in the afternoon like I was planning. All in all I ate about 750 calories of food and over 300 calories of beer. Still managed to get on the recumbent bike and knock out 1,000 calories.
I'll probably need to up the calories some today but I have to keep putting in work before the super bowl.
