Hectic week. Going to try to breathe. Been trying to be 100% perfect on this diet thing and it's exhausting. Maybe move to 30-50 carbs and stay under 1500 calories a day. Tried a fitness tracker and didn't motivate me. Don't like any extra stuff on my body (and living in South Florida, its tshirt, shorts and flip flops so I'm spoiled)

I am never 100%...and you don't have to be, if you try to be 100%, you set yourself up for failure. Strive to carve out a core set of foods and combinations that you always eat from, this way no matter what the combination for breakfast...lunch or dinner, you will always be within a range of calories....it's fuzzy math anyway, so just be close. Weigh-in every couple of days for a few weeks to make sure you go up and down and stay within a range..i.e., 3lbs either way. Once you're there, weigh in weekly.

Figuring it all out is half the battle. When I first started low carb, I thought I could eat as much as I wanted as long as it was low carb. I know now that eating as much as I want is not an option. I have to exercise some control over how much I take in.
