I think I have made it past Sunday. All I can say is thank you for the positive reinforcement and good suggestions. There is something about winning the weekend battle that is very motivating. Plus it is payday tomorrow. I can't wait to see how all my buddies who are in the Weekend Watch are doing. I am trying to be a shining example and my tightest blue jeans are getting a little looser. I am not going to quit until I get that last 5 pounds off. good luck to all.
