Why oh why cant I keep up on excercise?! I need to do weight resistance but have to get up at 430 a.m. to do it and just cant seem to drag my butt out of bed :D Maybe tomorrow I'll try it after work....probably a bad idea since I get home around 7 p.m. I'll see what the morning brings.

I hear ya! I have been hitting the snooze button myself lately, like this morning I didn't drag my butt out of bed till 5:15 (4:45 is optimal), but I did manage a short run & I am so glad I did get up instead of sleeping in more. That is what gets me up, thinking about how good I will feel about me when the excercise is done...that feeling lasts all day!
