I started the Stillman diet on Tuesday. I'll be doing it for 5 days. I gained 1 lb the first day....TOM showed up :-( BUT this morning I was down 2 lbs :-D Its not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. That could be due to me being on Atkins 72 Inductions for 3 weeks before. So when I started, I already had a decreased appetite with little to no cravings. I'm excited to see my results on day 5 (Saturday)
242.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
