here again at the start over point. trying to take all out for three weeks then re-evaluate if this is working, or should try moderation and or professional help.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

This process of tracking calories and exercise is very helpful for me. I need to create the habit as a normal behavior. Feeling bettter and hope to motivate further to get on track.
