Wow, so I am impressed me own self with my steps yesterday. Goal was 7500 I think and I got to 8676!! So the Goal today is 9k! Here we go! Calories were not bad. I have not figured out how to count dinner yet. I had a crazy day at work and I indulged a bit. BUT I wanted decadent and we almost went to the Italian place but went to the Lebanese Place instead so it was an over all healthier meal though the calories maybe up there! I tried to journal it as accurately as I could. Not sure how close I got. I had a mixed grill kabob with chicken, kafta and shish kabob. We had a Sambusek appetizer and the little yogurt plate they bring out.
The old man has a smirk again (257) but it's not my day to record. I woke up thirsty; a sure indication of too much salt :) I will hit the water bottle today and see what he says tomorrow.
