Well I gained a pound.......one pound, but I was eating too many carbs even though my trainer changed my grams to 120 for the day. SO I'm bummed but she tells me more carbs means more water weight so I need to get it back to 120 and I'll see it come off and maybe more because......I will train with her Friday which makes 3 days plus I did Zumba last night and I have tap dancing this Saturday. She also told me to increase water and get that fiber up to 25. More "things" to focus on which seems like homework! Keep trying....I'll get there. One more thing....she said more protein. Anyone have some protein ideas besides meat, eggs and milk?
181.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

http://www.eatthis.com/best-ever- proteins-for-weight-loss (Just remove the space between the dash before proteins. Hopefully some good options are on there. Way to go with being active. Your schedule is pretty impressive.

Hope you like beans any kind will do....1/2 cup a day will do it.

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, tuna, oatmeal... just a few ideas. :)
