There is no good reason I should be down 2 pounds when I have been eating ***ALL THE SWEETS*** for 2 days! weird. but OK.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Probably because you have had the flu and your body needs to re-set. It takes tons of energy to send those bugs away!!
