dillonwolf's Journal, 21 October 2009

I've been very lost the last few weeks in a lot of personal issues and need to get my head on straight. I'm curious to know how others feel about food journalling. Do you find it works better for you if you log WW points or actual calories in vs. out? I have opinions on both, but saw the best results when I was tracking actual calories.

I do better with WW points because it makes it one number to track rather than calories and fat and carbs and fiber, etc. I think overall it's just important to track though! I was just about to send you a message because I've been wondering about you. Hope your issues are resolving and you are doing ok!
