Second workout on the EA Sports Active. Wow, it's still kicking my ass! I still hurt from the workout I did YESTERDAY!
My diet is still waivering though, a lack of money to get better food is part of the issue.
Hopefully the workouts will still pay off and tie me over until I can get my diet under control...

Stick with the Sports Active. You will get used to it and won't feel so sore. I am on my 2nd 30 day challenge and moved from easy to intermediate. That change puts a hurting on you again though. Try planning out your meals for the day if you aren't already. I often enter items into my food diary before I eat to see where it puts me.
