I've researched a few things on line to shake up my weight loss plan. I looked into Bullet Proof coffee which led me to research coconut oil. The plan is to add virgin coconut oil to my tea and coffee (a tad worried about the extra fat calories). Since I haven't seen a decrease with the way I've been eating I figure it's worth a try to add some fat into the diet. I'm also in loooove with CHIA seeds, specifically a kombucha drink called Synergy Black Chia! If you like tapioca texture you would like this drink.
139.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I read that coconut oil is good for just about EVERYTHING!

BPC is especially good if you are eating LCHF. Also helps with intermittent fasting. I only add the coconut oil also to save on calories. I LOVE it! (as I've said on here about 1000 times)

The organic coconut oil is helping my digestive issues! It really does work!It's worth the extra 125 calories a day and I do feel more energetic!
