It's been awhile......I had to delete dairy from my diet the week after Thanksgiving per Doctors orders. it was supposed to only be for 2 weeks but the weight I'd been slowly regaining started taking a nosedive. I have lost 8 lbs and the only dairy I was really eating was cheese and yogurt. I decided that I wasn't going back. I do have to find more calcium sources but I'm happy not feeling as bloated as I used to feel. Hope everyone is well!
137.6 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Almonds and almond milk have calcium - or you could get this calcium vitamin D chews - easy way to get the calcium we all need.

Thanks! I adore almonds and can't stand almond milk. Go figure...... I've been using full fat coconut milk and cashew milk for some things. Another higher calcium food my Dr mentioned was canned salmon and I've been eating that. Cooking however has been interesting. I never realized just how many recipes call for dairy of some kind. Also it's in every blasted processed food out there. I need to do some more research on which foods have the most calcium though.

If you like veggies, spinach and broccoli have more calcium than you'd think. I found this in case it's helpful. http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/high-calcium-vegetables.php
