Trying not to get too depressed. I was doing so well last year. I lost 35 pounds, then pulled a hamstring and have a torn meniscus. My hamstring has been the slowest recovery of anything I have had before! It still is an aching pain but I am going to work through it. I can't stay idle anymore. I can't believe I gained 23 pounds back in 6 months!

Sorry about the injuries. Fight the depressive feelings and instead focus on moving forward, just doing what you can (which will probably increase in time). Weight loss is more about what we eat than the exercise we do, so my suggestion would be to focus mostly on that. You can take any gains back off, just need to get started. Every day is a chance for a fresh start, make today your day!

Sorry about the injury just a different type of setback and you have internal strengths to get back on the track and get to where you wanted to go I'm not trying to minimize an injury but that is just another obstacle to cross
