I have been struggling with some sadness and depression...it's not full-blown and it relates mostly to what has happened to people close to me. I am still affected, though. I realize I must get happy. I even went to an inspirational site to read quotes before work yesterday and that lifted my spirits... Anyway, this kind of stress or sadness is like a slow leak in your tire...it goes unnoticed and does not really do any damage, but slowly it goes, being a slight threat until you are stuck in the middle of nowhere! Sometimes full blown stress is easier to deal with. This is kinda sneaky. I find myself being annoyed at many things and relatively cranky. THIS IS NOT ME! I put on a good show whilst out in public and at work. Thanks for listening, I just needed to say it, feel it and get over it!
