Okay, back on LCHF seriously beginning today. My officemate brought in brownies. I love stuff like that so much, I usually give in immediately and think oh well, I'll start tomorrow. Today is tomorrow! Bring in all the sweets you want office people! I won't eat them! I have a bag full of low carb snacks to munch on all day to keep me away from that crap!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Way to go! That's really the key for me, keeping something around I can eat without guilt. Sometimes I have to tell myself that before I eat the bad thing, I'm going to eat the good, and then if I still want the bad I can have it. By the time I'm finished eating the good, the craving for the bad is over and I can resist.
