I've been ill this week so no working out. I'm anxious to get back to it but I feel my body isn't up to it yet. I'm scared if I don't go for too long, it'll be hard to get back into the exercise momentum I had going. And with the weather having made a sudden turn for the worse, "going for a run" is a significantly less attractive prospect than it was in the summer days...
