I'm rolling in my 38s baby! Waistline that is. So I wear size 38 pants and a XL large shirt now. Last year this time I was a size 48 waist 4X shirt. It also feels so good to not have to shop in the big mens section and to have clothes that are always available because for some reason size 48s are hard to come buy when ever I need them, but them skinny people have tons, and tons clothes further than the eye can see. lmao..
Also I'm running 2 miles in about 22 mins or less on the tread mill. This was almost impossible before, when I started in March I was proud I could stay on there for 20 mins at 3.8. This week I failed at my attempt at 565 pounds on dead-lift / rack pulls from below the knee. I have been working on my lockouts for the past month now. 500 is easy though so I know I'm probably ready to pull 500+ strait from the floor at this point. Oh I can finally do dips again with my own body weight so that's going in to my chest routine now.
OH and a big shout out to METAMUCIL! Where have you been all my life OMG! LMAO. With all the protein shakes and dieting things have been rough on the digestive system for me, until now. Yeah it works....
