I can't say that I am not disheartened by the weight gain. However I know part of the reason for it so I'm writing it off as only a temporary setback. An environemental inspector came to our house and gave us a week to clean up the yards of all the weeds and debris that had cropped up from the recent hail storms so all of my free time has been dedicated to that effort. As I result I haven't worked out at the gym in well over a week and for me as with many people diet doesn't do diddly without enough exercise. However, I can now resume my gym routine again so I'm sure I'll start to see those numbers go down again.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
