chattycathy is WED!!!! Congrats dear friend!!!
Good Tuesday morning!! I actually am feeling chipper this morning. Nice!! Scale was back down to 205.6 ... that was before the morning constitutional and despite my curiousity I fought the urge to weigh again. No sense in being obsessed by the numbers, right?

Busy days ... productive evenings ... really working on changing my thinking and so is hubby so that is probably why I feel so much more chipper. I already notice a HUGE impact. Both in myself, in him, and in our relationship. Now ... to keep it going.

"Long and Lean. Strong and Tall." I used to think this during exercise but stopped quite some time ago. I've started again. Stop focusing on what I do not like, what I do not have, and focus instead on what I want ... see myself as already there.

Grateful.

1. For feeling "chipper" ... it has been a while!!

2. For cooler temps predicted today!!

3. For finding a space for my business and loving it!!

4. For friends.

5. For positive thoughts and changes to my own internal dialogue!!

Sorry to dash off but as usual ... duty calls!! Have a splendid day!!

Hi Carol, it makes such a difference when hubby's moods are good, doesn't it? We know it shouldn't that we have to make ourselves happy but if they are in a pissy mood it brings us down. So fingers crossed his attitude stays up and you have a good week. Glad the scale is cooperating too.

not quite sure I would say the scale is "cooperating" ... it was up yesterday and down today ... I however am determined not to let the scale nor my hubby's moods impact me so dang much!! LOL!!

Glad OH is feeling more upbeat. Scales are an inanimate object - no emotions, just mechanics so why should we let them dictate our moods. Do you think we should read something into the fact that your scale is apparently male? :o)

Morning Carol. You do sound chipper. I think the internal voice is so powerful and so hard to control. It's amazing how the mood and diposition of those closest to us can effect us.Hard to be teflon. I most especially love that you found a space for your business and love it. You seem to be making wonderful strides on every front : )
