I didn't lose any weight, this past week, but at least I didn't find any either. LOL I'll be reviewing what I've eaten to see where I can make changes, so that I can hope to influence a further weight loss for next week's weigh in. I hope this isn't the beginning of an extended stall.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 August 2011:
2660 kcal Fat: 185.20g | Prot: 214.91g | Carb: 21.66g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, olive oil, Cream (Half & Half), unsalted butter, Greek feta, Dairy Fresh, mild sausage patties, fully cooked & browned, 3 slices bacon, extra large eggs. Lunch: Tap Water, worcestershire sauce, dill relish, vlasic, yellow mustard, 3 cheese blend, Kroger, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Dinner: reduced sugar ketchup, Broccoli, Chuck Steak and Peppers, Tap Water. Snacks/Other: pork rinds, Mixed Seafood Salad, Tap Water, Hot Sauce Pork Rinds, Mixed Seafood Salad, pork rinds. more...

Sometimes, your body needs to adapt and process the initial weight drop and 'regulate' itself. And this leveling off for a week or two immediately following your start - is quite common. In addition to that... it could be the Atkins bars, sf jello, or the crystal light...or all of them. These are common items that in SOME people cause real problems with their losses. Your foods lists look pretty good, so I would eliminate those items for now...keep doing what you are doing... and be patient for the losses to resume. You can try to add back ONE of those items sparingly in the future for a week...and see what happens. If it slows or stops again, I would eliminate them for good until you get to maintenance land. Glad you didn't find any LOL! missing pounds!!!

I agree about the Atkins bars. Thought about my gaining a pound, think they had to do with it. I got a bit lax on my determination to have them only on rare occasions, like at the movies. Have a good day my buddy. :)

LOL Glad you didn't find any, also you may not have lost weight but you could lose inches as that happens sometimes....so have you measured?
