1222 kcal Fat: 21.87g | Prot: 51.80g | Carb: 136.34g.   Breakfast: Special K Blueberry Cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, sliced turkey healthy ones, Dijon Mustard, pepperidge farm deli thin. Dinner: Soybeans (Mature, Without Salt, Cooked, Boiled), low sodium chicken broth, Black Olives, preserved lemons, coffee, harvestland chicken thigh, ice cream sandwich, sweet potato. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, Fiber Therapy. more...
