Im ready to become a Big Loser. Weight wise that is The biggest hurdle I must overcome is impatience with myself. Being overweight all my life I have done all the diets. The most costly of course was Nutrisystem (Nutricrap). I cannot begin to tell you what I have spent monetarily on that waste of a diet over the past 7 years. Yet I was not committed though they could have committed me many times while I was on it. There is no miracle cure to changing lifetime habits of poor choices. I know and see inches and pounds coming off but its not fast enough for me. I feel 100% better, sleep better and feel amazing. But my impatience with myself is unreal. Im not in competition with anyone so whats the hurry. Im learning that I dont need Sugar or Starch in my daily, Im full, satisfied and look for choices all the time in menu options. Its a new adventure. It will be a New Year of Transformation for me. <3
