Stress relief suggestion. Exercise, do something to push your body. Crazy day at work, overtime and work through lunch (at least the company bought in Jason's deli so a reasonable choice). If it wasn't would have eaten the lunch I brought. Dinner mostly a snack and an herbal detox tea tonight as stomach has been queasy for a couple days.

A 30 minute whole body TRX youtube video workout really helped. This one was the 30 minute TRX workout by Bodyfit by Amy-- made it through except short on the time on the planks at the end. I've been lax for a few weeks and couldn't quite make it. Since I have my main workout space back in order I will try for at least 10 to 15 min for some cardio in the am before work. I need to get back in the routine as it helps my day so much. Puts a smile on my face for much of the day.

No doubt exercise is great for relieving stress, but still MAJOR KUDOS to you for getting that workout in after such a taxing day and when you obviously weren't feeling 100%! So much easier (and often more tempting) to want to simply 'unwind' after such a day with some mindless couch time and/or a glass of wine or a beer! Good luck reincorporating your routine -- as you say, I'm sure it will be much easier to do now that house is back in order.
