Not weighing in today. After a whirl wind weekend trip to CA for a family event, then driving home through Bullhead City, let's just say I got little exercise and even less sleep. Eating - I did ok. Although I'm pretty sure that Alcohol made up for a large part of my calorie intake. No hangover, but I felt like I had had too much sugar. Back at it today though. I just moved my weight bench into my office and I'm ready to take on the new challenges I'm participating in here on FS, the first one being work out with weights 3x a week!!!
If I'm feeling less affected by the weekend tomorrow, then I'll weigh in.
