wt. 186.4 this morning....1+ edema, slept well last night, got up at 6:30 this morning and got dressed in case the oil company guys come by to walk the property.
I think I'm doing better on the weight by cutting down to about 1200 calories most days instead of 1500-1800--my waist has reappeared as well. At least an indentation where it used to be! LOL The sodium intake seems to be doing good as well. The VERY low sodium doesn't seem to be doing any better though as far as completely getting rid of the edema, and I am taking the lasix in the evenings instead of in the mornings.
