I worked out diet three days in a row then got sic--still sic will try to run/walk fro 40 minutes today. Plan to leave work early, and get to bed early:

WEIGHED 264 this morning---- a majority of my illness can be related to my weight and the corresponding sleep apnea THAT IS ON ME.


264.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
